📦 Operations Controller / Customer Liaison
📍 Johannesburg, Gauteng

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy operations team within the logistics industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining strong communication with customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate daily operational activities
✔ Monitor collections and deliveries
✔ Track shipments and provide customer updates
✔ Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff & service providers
✔ Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
✔ Assist with resolving operational issues and delivery queries
✔ Maintain operational documentation and records
✔ Ensure excellent customer service at all times

✅ Minimum Requirements:
✔ Experience in operations, logistics, customer service or administration
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good organisational and time management skills
✔ Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook & Excel)
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 10h00 – 19h00
