✔ Full import forwarding function
✔ Register, book & track shipments
✔ Compile estimates & update ETA’s
✔ Handle groupage & forwarding manifests
✔ Negotiate freight rates & check exchange rates
✔ Ensure all documentation is accurate
✔ Provide daily client updates

✅ Requirements:
✔ Grade 12
✔ Freight qualification (advantageous)
✔ Shipshape or similar system knowledge
✔ Groupage & estimates experience
✔ 5+ years industry experience
