Weβre looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow our Air & Road Freight division. If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and know how to manage teams, operations, and profitability β this role is for you.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage daily air & road freight operations
β’ Oversee AβZ shipments, estimates, forwarding & invoicing
β’ Lead and manage a team of 10β12 staff members
β’ Ensure compliance with IATA, DG, customs & transport regulations
β’ Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction
β’ Monitor profitability, reporting & cost control
β’ Manage warehouse coordination, dispatch & inventory
β’ Build and maintain carrier, agent & transporter relationships
β’ Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion
π Requirements & Experience
β’ Proven experience in air & road freight operations management
β’ Strong leadership and team development skills
β’ Experience with multimodal logistics (air + road)
β’ Solid understanding of freight forwarding, estimates & invoicing
β’ Strong knowledge of compliance & industry regulations
β’ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
