An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Operations Manager** within the Freight Forwarding industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in **perishables logistics**, supported by extensive operational experience across both **seafreight** and **airfreight**. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational teams, driving service excellence, and ensuring the efficient movement of perishable cargo.
⚠️ **Please Note:** Candidates without **Freight Forwarding Perishables** experience will not be considered.

Requirements
## ✅ Minimum Requirements
🚚 Minimum 5 years' experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
👥 Minimum 5 years' management experience
🎯 Strong operational leadership and team management skills
📖 Sound knowledge of Incoterms, tariffing, and customs procedures
✈️🚢 Strong seafreight and airfreight operational experience
❄️ Perishables experience is essential and non-negotiable

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving service excellence, leading and developing operational teams, and ensuring the efficient, compliant, and seamless movement of perishable cargo throughout the supply chain.
