Key Requirements:
✔️ Relevant adhesive industry experience, ideally solvent- and water-based technologies
✔️ Manufacturing environment exposure
✔️ Strong R&D, formulation, product development and laboratory experience
✔️ Quality control and laboratory expertise
✔️ Strong technical and commercial awareness
✔️ Passion for research and innovation
✔️ Ability to work independently
